Materials

What are your frame options?

Our metal pieces come mounted in a black, wood, float frame.

Is the finish on the pieces glossy or matte?

The main difference between matte and glossy finishes lies in their texture and how they reflect light. A matte finish has a non-reflective surface that gives the photo a softer, more muted look. It reduces glare, making it ideal for framing or displaying in well-lit areas. Matte prints are also less prone to fingerprints and smudges, making them more durable for handling.

Glossy prints have a shiny, smooth surface that enhances color vibrancy and contrast, making images appear sharper and more vivid. However, they reflect more light, which can result in glare,
especially under bright lighting. Glossy prints are also more likely to show fingerprints, so handling with care is recommended.

Are any of your prints signed and/or numbered?

Yes, all of our prints are available as limited editions, which are both signed and numbered by the artist. These limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring their uniqueness and value. Once the edition sells out, no more prints will be made in that series. Signed and numbered prints are highly collectible and offer a special connection to the artists work.

Maintenance

Can I frame these prints myself?

You can frame the Photo Rag Pieces yourself, or have them mounted on Gator board (recommended). The Metal Pieces come pre- hung in a float frame!

What do you recommend for hanging hardware?

Metal pre-hung Pieces will come with Security Mounting hardware with your order! Otherwise, hanging hardware will be dependent on the type of mounting/frame you choose.

How should I clean or maintain my prints?

While we only use the finest materials and methods, they are still susceptible to the sun’s UV rays over time. We recommend keeping your piece out of direct sunlight. Metal pieces can be whipped down with a microfiber towel to remove dust.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Production times can very depending on the medium you have chosen for your new piece. Please allow for between 2-10 business days for production and 5-7 days for shipping.

Do you offer specialty shipping (expedited or International)?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you have a concern and would like to communicate that with us please do! Reach out through the chat or “contact us.”

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. During the checkout process, you’ll be able to see the available shipping options and associated costs for your country.

My order is lost, what should I do?

If your order is lost or stolen, please wait another 1-5 business days as sometimes the currier can prematurely say delivered. If after that it still has not come, please contact the currier.

How are prints packaged for delivery?

Our pieces are packed with the upmost care and protection to arrive to you intact. All pieces are packaged in a waterproof envelope inside their container.

Returns/Damage

My print arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your Hagen Photography piece has arrived to you damaged, please reach out to us through our website and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We have a 100% money back guarantee if there is any problem with your new piece to give you peace of mind. We will work to correct the issue, and make sure it never happens again!

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is, if you are not happy, you can return your piece for a full refund of your purchase, 100%! We don't want you to be stuck with a piece you are not eager to display, so relax, and enjoy your new piece knowing we have your best interest in mind.

You will have 10 days after receiving your order to Contact Us for a refund. Details are found at the link at the bottom of the page.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Of course, while we urge you not to second guess yourself, you can cancel your order at anytime within the Refund Policy timeframe.
